Managing Principal - New York

Eric brings over 18 years of extensive experience in commercial real estate, distinguishing himself as a seasoned professional, broker and capital markets veteran. Eric will play a key role in spearheading the growth, recruitment, and development of WCRE NY.

Erin Warwick
Executive Vice President

Over the course of nearly 15 years in real estate, Erin has represented both owners and occupiers and worked directly for several REITs and Private Equity ownership firms. She brings a unique perspective as she has developed strategies and completed transactions from all sides.

Gabrielle Leonetti
Marketing Director

Gabrielle is responsible for aiding and directing the sales team with innovative marketing tactics and handling all marketing materials, events, social media and email campaigns, blog content, creative advertisements and postcard campaigns, property photography, and property updates on multiple platforms.

With over 18 years of experience, Bethany focuses on tenant and landlord representation, as well as real estate investment sales, across sectors including office, industrial, retail, and nonprofit organizations.

Mike brings expanded perspective on client strategy, operational structure, and decision-making, providing tenant-focused commercial real estate advisory services, representing corporate clients in site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, and strategic real estate planning.

With over 23 years’ experience in the industry, Eric brings quality leadership in brokerage, market analysis, site selection, property development and management for national and local Tenants and Landlords. Throughout his career, Eric has completed real estate transactions in every major market throughout the United States, specializing in the NorthEast and MidAtlantic regions.

John T. Mozzillo
Executive Vice President

John leads the firm’s investment services and brokerage platform, as well as specializing in office, retail and industrial properties in Southern and Central New Jersey. He has nearly a decade of experience in the industry, and most recently worked at a top international commercial real estate firm before joining Wolf Commercial Real Estate in 2016.

Ryan J. Barikian
Vice President

Ryan has more than 10 years of real estate, sales and leadership experience in commercial real estate and the title insurance industry. Although his focus is in the office and industrial markets, he can assist clients in every niche CRE sector in the Southern and Central New Jersey markets, as well as the Philadelphia and Southeastern PA markets.

Joseph Fox
Vice President

Joe's primary focus is on on expanding WCRE's retail, industrial/flex, and office services platform. He provides tenant and landlord representation, as well as sales and leasing services for these diverse property asset classes.

Tony brings nearly a decade of experience in commercial real estate, representing local and national retail tenants, landlords, community development groups, investors, and startups in the Philadelphia area.

Grace Vera serves as Director of Property Management at WCRE, where she leads the firm’s growing Property Management department. Grace oversees the entire property management team, manages all capital projects on behalf of ownership, and maintains strong client relationships to ensure operational excellence and long-term asset performance.

Luke brings a well-rounded background in commercial real estate, accounting, and property management. His diverse expertise spans across multiple sectors; medical, office, retail, office condo, residential condo, and industrial, where he now oversees a portfolio of nine properties totaling over 500,000 square feet.

Brian Goren’s dual focus is on continuing the growth of WCRE Property Management and providing tenant and landlord representation as well as sales and leasing for retail properties.

Alicia Lukens
Property Accountant

With over two decades of accounting experience, Alicia is responsible for managing all financial transactions and record-keeping related to the properties managed by the firm, along with the financial reporting to investors and all related parties.

With over 15 years of experience in facilities management and custodial operations, Jason brings extensive expertise in maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and project management. 

Jason McLaughlin
Accounting Intern

Jason McLaughlin  is an Accounting Intern in WCRE Property Management. He's currently pursuing CPA requirements and assists Alicia and the Property Management team with accounts receivable and payable.

Andrew is a full-time Research Analyst and Advisor. He's a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a degree in Corporate Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the Smeal College of Business.
