WCRE | CORFAC International is pleased to announce a 1,500-square-foot lease with Pro Form Pilates at Barclay Farms Shopping Center in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
The new Cherry Hill location will feature a state-of-the-art Pilates studio designed to serve a diverse range of clients. Pro Form Pilates also provides specialized training for professional athletes, bringing a unique fitness concept to the shopping center.
The space previously housed an optician and will undergo a complete transformation into a modern Pilates studio. The conversion demonstrates how existing retail spaces can adapt to accommodate today’s growing health, wellness, and service-oriented businesses.
The lease also builds upon recent activity at Barclay Farms Shopping Center. WCRE previously helped bring Enseñora Cafe to an adjacent space within the center.
Together, these businesses strengthen the center’s tenant mix while introducing new experiences for the surrounding Cherry Hill community. Each concept also brings its own customer base, creating additional opportunities for activity and cross-traffic throughout the shopping center.
The transaction required several months of collaboration to bring the specialized use and space requirements together successfully.
