As a member of the Pavilions of Greentree Board of Directors, last year we needed to find a replacement for our long term Property Manager. Our due diligence included the review of 4 separate proposals and interviews. It was clear from the onset, WCRE Property Management was the best choice. Besides competitive pricing, one very important point was that WCRE has a separate dedicated staff just to their Property Management Company. They are not commingled or distracted because they operate to serve only their Property Management clients. Their leadership and staff have been outstanding and have provided us with a very positive experience. Our relationship has been everything we had expected and what they promised.
