Brian Goren’s dual focus will be on continuing the growth of WCRE Property Management and providing tenant and landlord representation as well as sales and leasing for retail properties in the Pennsylvania & New Jersey markets.

At WCRE, Brian will leverage his extensive industry operations experience to develop and implement effective growth strategies and build new relationships.

Co-Owner l Schmear It

Prior to launching his commercial real estate career, Goren was the part owner of Schmear It, a successful bagel business in Philadelphia. There, he built relationships with thousands of loyal local customers and many vendors around the state. Goren and his team succeeded in expanding their brand from one food truck into multiple brick-and-mortar locations. Brian led day-to-day operations at all four locations and helped train and hire new employees.
