John Mazurie’s focus will be on continuing the expansion of WCRE’s retail, flex and multi-family services platform, providing tenant and landlord representation as well as sales and leasing services for both asset classes of properties. 

Prior to joining WCRE, John worked with Keller Williams Realty and worked in several leadership capacities.

John Mazurie is a lifelong, born and raised Jersey Shore native. He is a passionate real estate professional with a broad focus in commercial real estate and investments. With a background in the hotel and food & beverage industry prior to real estate, customer service is second nature.

John joins WCRE as a versatile real estate professional and entrepreneur whose best assets are his strong negotiation, analytical, and ideation skills. He specializes in retail, flex, hospitality, multifamily, and investment properties in the Jersey Shore, Southern New Jersey, and the greater Philadelphia markets. He is a strong representative for Sellers and Landlords as well as Buyers and Tenants alike. John is more than a traditional commercial real estate advisor, he is a “super connector” and will use his wide network and access to resources to work with his clients as a partner to exceed their goals and expectations.
