Erin Warwick serves as Executive Vice President at WCRE to lead the firm’s growth in the Pennsylvania & New Jersey markets.

With 15+ years of commercial real estate experience, Erin has represented both owners and occupiers and worked directly for several REITs and Private Equity ownership firms.

This well-rounded background allows her to approach transactions with a strategic, full-cycle perspective—from acquisition and asset management to leasing and disposition. While running brokerage operations at WCRE alongside Jason Wolf. Continuing the growth of our Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York presence.

Prior to joining WCRE, Erin held positions with Liberty Property Trust, Somerset Properties, and Nessel Development. She began her career at Liberty Property Trust in property management, marketing, and leasing administration before transitioning to Somerset Properties, where she oversaw leasing and tenant relations for a portfolio of more than 200 office tenants, including major organizations such as Virtua Health, Morgan Stanley, PMA, and American Water.

At WCRE, Erin has been directly involved in a range of notable transactions across the region, including leasing and expansion deals totaling more than 100,000 square feet at Fellowship Corporate Center in Mount Laurel, bringing assets to near-full occupancy. She has also completed investment sales, including the disposition of a 54,000-square-foot industrial property in Camden County and a ±12,000-square-foot office building at 862 County Route 518 in Skillman, New Jersey, where she represented the seller alongside Evan Zweben. In addition, Erin brokered the sale of an 18,000-square-foot industrial building in Moorestown, where she originally placed the tenant and later facilitated the tenant’s acquisition of the asset.
