WCRE EXPANDS RETAIL & INDUSTRIAL TEAM WITH NEW HIRE
WCRE proudly announces the hiring of Corey Hassman, the firm’s newest Senior Advisor to service the Philadelphia and South Jersey commercial real estate market.

Corey’s primary focus will be on expanding WCRE’s retail and industrial services platform under the Senior Leadership of Eric Flocco and Ryan Barikian. In this role, Corey will provide tenant and landlord representation, as well as sales and leasing services for these diverse property asset classes.
Corey’s extensive knowledge in real estate, property management and business development uniquely position him to excel at WCRE. Corey’s experience in both the Philadelphia and New Jersey markets will allow him to navigate these two regions with exceptional insight and precision.
Prior to joining WCRE, Corey was a licensed real estate professional at Berkshire Hathaway, where he catered to clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He achieved recognition as a top 10% agent in the Tri-State area before turning 27. In addition to his sales success, Corey also has held the role of Manager of New Business, where he effectively managed and expanded a diverse portfolio of properties, leading to increased revenue.
Corey’s multifaceted expertise in real estate, property management, and business development positions him as a key driver for expansion in the retail and industrial sectors across the Philadelphia and New Jersey regions. His extensive experience equips him to foster successful relationships with clients and the community. Notably, Corey serves as a member the Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey, a non-profit organization that the WCRE Foundation has partnered with, further highlighting his commitment to the community, and aligning with WCRE’s core values and mission.
