STEP 1: MAINTAIN BUILDING PERFORMANCE

• Keep HVAC and electrical systems running. Even if buildings are unoccupied, insufficient temperature and humidity control can lead to mold. Also ensure emergency power systems (e.g. stand-by generators) are operational.

• Reprogram systems to match changes in occupancy or operational needs.

• Maintain Temperature/Humidity Levels – Maintain a temperature between 55 and 80 degrees and maximum humidity of 60%. Monitor temperatures humidity controls through Wifi Thermostats.

• Increase Outdoor Air Ventilation. Disable demand-controlled ventilation and maximize building’s air circulation.

STEP 2: ENHANCE INDOOR AIR QUALITY

Replace filters with high efficiency filters, air testing, upgrade filters, and steam clean coils to eradicate microbes and odors.

STEP 3: ELIMINATE AIRBORNE MICROBES UTILIZING ADVANCED UV TECHNOLOGY AND MOLD TESTING.
