Philly Restaurants Can Increase to 50% with HVAC ChangesThe City of Philadelphia will allow restaurants to increase indoor dining capacity to 50% as soon as Friday if they improve their ventilation. To increase indoor capacity to 50% from the current citywide limit of 25%, restaurants must certify that they’ve improved ventilation through the building’s proprietor or their HVAC technician. To be eligible, restaurants using an HVAC system must demonstrate the following:
