Zweben brings more than 18 years of experience to WCRE
Wolf Commercial Real Estate (WCRE) proudly announces the hiring of Evan Zweben to help lead the firm’s growth in New Jersey. Joining recent hire and fellow industry veteran Todd Monahan, the addition of Zweben, who himself arrives with an 18-year proven track record and leadership skills, continues WCRE’s commitment to current and future clients.

Zweben’s new role comes amid WCRE’s continuing expansion in the region, adding numerous brokers and increasing its activity in southern New Jersey & southeastern Pennsylvania. “Evan’s guidance and
leadership skills will play a key role in managing our regional growth, meeting our client expectations, and recruiting new talent, especially as our CORFAC International alliance continues to open up new
business opportunities throughout the region,” Wolf added. Evan spent the past seventeen plus years with Colliers International, where he was a Senior Managing Director and a member of their national healthcare platform (Fellow). Besides his healthcare real estate work, he has been a successful agency broker. He prides himself on being a problem solver, creating the necessary solutions to help his clients achieve their goals.

When Evan is not advocating for his clients, he passionately serves his local community. He is currently on the board of Cherry Hill Atlantic Little League, where he has coached his son for the past five years.
He is also a Vice President on the Board of Directors for the Katz JCC, where he proudly serves as the Chairperson of the JCC Camps at Medford.
Zweben graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He resides in Cherry Hill with his wife and two children.
