In conjunction with this expansion, WCRE is pleased to welcome Eric Grad to its esteemed team. Eric, a native New Yorker, assumes the role of Managing Principal for the WCRE New York Office and will oversee the firm’s growth across the New York region. Eric brings over 18 years of extensive experience in commercial real estate, distinguishing himself as a seasoned professional, broker and capital markets veteran. Eric will play a key role in spearheading the growth, recruitment, and development of WCRE NY.
Prior to joining WCRE, Eric Grad was a Vice President at Colliers International, where he closely collaborated with owners on investment sales, refinances and lease referrals nationwide. Before his tenure at Colliers, he served as an investment broker at Marcus & Millichap. Eric began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at BNP Paribas, where he participated in several debt issuances, recapitalizations and equity placements.
With a proven track record, Eric has been recognized for his achievements, including the 2019 and 2021 Everest Awards with Colliers, as well as the Pace Setter Award from Marcus & Millichap.
