Naftali Group Files Permits for 21-Story Complex in Brooklyn

Plans have been submitted for a 21-story tower situated at 1 Division Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Positioned between the waterfront and Kent Avenue, the site is in close proximity to the South Williamsburg ferry stop and the Marcy Avenue subway station, served by the J, M, and Z trains. Naftali Group is identified as the owner behind the project and is also overseeing the development of the nearby complex at 470-490 Kent Avenue.

The proposed development, reaching a height of 269 feet, is expected to deliver a total of 297,521 square feet. Out of this, 296,531 square feet are allocated for residential purposes, while 990 square feet are designated for commercial use. The tower is slated to house 218 residences, likely in the form of condominiums, given the average unit size of 1,360 square feet. Constructed with a concrete foundation, the building will include a cellar and accommodate 109 enclosed parking spaces.
