INDUSTRIAL/FLEX BUILDING IN MAPLE SHADE, NJ

June 27, 2013 – Voorhees, NJ – WCRE is proud to have exclusively represented Creek Associates, LLC a related entity of Aerocoat Source, LLC in its acquisition of 11 Morris Avenue, Maple Shade, NJ. This 12,500 square foot industrial/flex building fronts a very heavily traveled stretch of Route 73 in Maple Shade, and is minutes from both the Betsy Ross and Tacony Palmyra Bridges. The property was sold by the Kaplan Family Trust.

AeroCoat Source, LLC is a family-owned small business founded in 1999. It specializes in providing Mil-Spec and Aerospace topcoat colors and coatings for aircraft to the military, commercial paint shops, maintenance depots, and supply agencies. 

“This is a great milestone for Aerocoat Source and their Southern New Jersey operations. We congratulate our client on the successful acquisition of 11 Morris Avenue. June 21, 2013 – Voorhees, NJ – WCRE is proud to have exclusively represented Old Zane School Urban Renewal, LLC in its acquisition of 756 Haddon Avenue, Collingswood, NJ. This 21,539 square foot office building is located in the heart of the thriving Collingswood Business District, providing convenient access to Routes 38, 70, 130 and Philadelphia, PA. It is within one half block of the Collingswood PATCO station.

Old Zane School Urban Renewal, LLC is a related entity controlled by Kitchen & Associates, an architecture, engineering, planning, and interior design firm headquartered in Collingswood. The buyer acquired this multi-story office building from the Borough of Collingswood. Jason Wolf and Leor Hemo, principal and executive vice president at WCRE respectively, represented the buyer.

June 13, 2013 – Voorhees, NJ – WCRE is proud to have successfully represented South Jersey Legal Services, LLC, in its leasing of approximately 3,500 square feet of office space at 1300 Atlantic Avenue in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The property is conveniently located on the corner of Atlantic and South Carolina Avenues and within walking distance to the Atlantic County Court House. Leor Hemo, executive vice president at WCRE, led the effort.

South Jersey Legal Services is a prominent non-profit legal firm with Southern New Jersey roots. The firm presented WCRE with a specific set of space criteria, time constraints, and financial goals to fulfill. “As always, WCRE’s diligence and professionalism helped South Jersey Legal Services meet our specific need. June 3, 2013 – Voorhees, NJ – WCRE is proud to have successfully represented Monterey Holdings, LLC in its acquisition of 8000 Commerce Parkway, Mount Laurel, NJ. The buyer acquired this one-story, 54,185 sf flex building from Liberty Property Trust (NYSE:LRY). Leor Hemo, executive vice president of WCRE, represented the buyer.

“Our client was seeking a long-term commercial real estate investment in a prime location for their growing portfolio. We are very happy to have worked with two great companies to help achieve strategic goals important to both parties,” said WCRE’s Hemo.
