New Rules for Office Dress Code

As companies recall employees to the office, many are adopting a more relaxed dress code in exchange for the return commute, according to Andy Medici of The Playbook. A survey by BetterUp involving 1,441 U.S. workers revealed that 63% of those required to return to the office received perks, with 43% highlighting the relaxed dress code. Kristi Spencer, founder of etiquette instruction firm The Polite Co., suggests best practices for modifying or implementing dress codes, emphasizing precision, clear communication of expectations, adherence to a set timetable, and regular policy reviews with necessary updates.
