Experienced Business Leader is Named Senior Advisor and Facilities Manager
WCRE proudly announces the hiring of Brian Goren, who joins the firm’s retail team and will also work closely with WCRE Property Management. Goren’s dual focus will be on continuing the growth of WCRE’s facilities services platform and providing tenant and landlord representation as well as sales and leasing for retail properties in the Pennsylvania & New Jersey markets.

Brian began his real estate career at Legend Properties, where his primary focus was on retail tenant and landlord representation. At WCRE he will leverage his extensive industry operations experience to develop and implement effective growth strategies and build new relationships.
Prior to launching his commercial real estate career, Goren was the part owner of Schmear It, a successful bagel business in Philadelphia. There, he built relationships with thousands of loyal local customers and many vendors around the state. Goren and his team succeeded in expanding their brand from one food truck into multiple brick-and-mortar locations. Brian led day-to-day operations at all four locations and helped train and hire new employees.
