South Jersey Native Scott Seligman Brings Two Decades of Finance and Commercial Real Estate Expertise
April 9, 2012 – Voorhees, NJ – Wolf Commercial Real Estate (WCRE) is pleased to welcome Scott Seligman as director, business development. Mr. Seligman is an awardwinning professional with nearly twenty years of experience in commercial real estate development, advisory services, the insurance industry, and investment services. Over the course of his career he has successfully advised and serviced clients ranging from start-ups to small businesses to large corporations on investments, insurance, site usage, benefits, and other aspects of business.
In his new role at WCRE, Mr. Seligman will be responsible for growing the company by building relationships with prospective clients and developing custom solutions to achieve their real estate goals. He will also work to cultivate the next generation of real estate investors, and provide support and resources to help more experienced investors advance and grow their portfolios. He has the knowledge and practical experience to provide a solid game plan for anybody who has a desire to own, operate, and develop real estate.
In addition to his expertise and professional achievements, Mr. Seligman exemplifies the commitment to his community that is fundamental at WCRE. He is an active volunteer, currently serving as an advisory board member for Jewish Family and Children’s Services, and has been a youth baseball and softball coach since 2007.
