WCRE Adds Commercial Finance to Client Services Platform

Evan Segal joins WCRE as Managing Director of Commercial Finance, bringing more than 30 years of lending expertise to clients

Evan SegalWCRE | CORFAC International is excited to announce the expansion of its full-service commercial real estate platform with the addition of commercial finance and advisory services for property owners, investors, developers and business owners.

The new commercial finance platform will be led by Evan Segal, Managing Director of Commercial Finance, who brings more than 30 years of commercial lending and finance experience to WCRE.

This expansion represents the next evolution of WCRE’s full-service value add approach to commercial real estate. By bringing commercial finance expertise directly into its existing brokerage, advisory and property management platform, WCRE can provide clients and our network with greater insight, resources and support throughout the lifecycle of a commercial real estate transaction.

Segal joins WCRE after more than three decades in commercial lending and finance. Since 2014, he has served as founder and President of Segal Financial, LLC, a boutique commercial loan brokerage and consulting firm. Prior to founding Segal Financial, Segal held commercial lending positions with major financial institutions including PNC Bank, GE Capital and Citizens Bank.

His experience spans commercial real estate acquisitions and refinancing, construction and development, investment properties, business acquisitions, and SBA and other
business lending. Segal brings a relationship-driven, hands-on approach to helping clients evaluate financing options and identify solutions that align with their broader real estate and business objectives.
A lifelong resident and business professional in the Greater Philadelphia region, Segal has deep roots in the local business and real estate communities and serves on the boards of several local nonprofit organizations. His extensive network and experience on both sides of the lending process have made him a trusted resource for business owners, real estate investors and professional service providers.

The addition of commercial finance further expands WCRE’s ability to advise clients beyond the traditional commercial real estate transaction. Owners, investors and businesses can now benefit from coordinated real estate and financing guidance through one integrated WCRE platform.

Commercial financing often plays a critical role in acquisitions, development, refinancing and long-term ownership strategies. Bringing this expertise directly into WCRE allows the firm to address another important component of the transaction while creating a more connected and comprehensive client experience.

“This is another important step in the continued evolution of WCRE and what we can bring to the table for our clients. Financing is such an important part of commercial real estate, and adding Evan’s experience, lender relationships and perspective gives our clients another valuable resource as they evaluate opportunities and make decisions. It’s a natural extension of how we’ve always approached our business by Building Successful Relationships and finding new ways to create value for the people we serve,” said Jason Wolf, Managing Principal of WCRE.

“WCRE has built its reputation around relationships, market knowledge and putting its clients’ interests first. Those same principles have guided my career in commercial finance. Joining WCRE provides an opportunity to bring financing expertise directly into an established commercial real estate platform and provide clients with thoughtful financing strategies that complement their broader real estate and business objectives,” said Segal.

The expansion further strengthens WCRE’s commitment to Building Successful Relationships by providing clients with complementary expertise through one trusted commercial real estate platform. From identifying an opportunity and evaluating a property to structuring financing, managing an asset and executing a transaction, WCRE continues to expand its capabilities around the evolving needs of its clients.
