Our team has embraced collaboration, continued enhancing internal efficiencies, and supported one another through an ever-changing landscape. Their resilience and dedication have been truly inspiring, driving us to new milestones along the way. We’ve continued to expand our presence in the community, build meaningful relationships, and approach each transaction with creativity and fresh perspectives—further solidifying our impact in the market.
During our 12th year, our team has also expanded, welcoming key additions to bolster our presence in various markets.
WCRE’s internship program offers aspiring professionals hands-on experience in commercial real estate, providing a foundation for career growth. In 2024, Andrew Koller demonstrated the program’s impact by transitioning from a research intern to a full-time in-house Research Analyst and Advisor. His strong analytical expertise, attention to detail, and fresh perspective have made him an invaluable asset to the brokerage team. Andrew’s contributions continue to enhance WCRE’s market research, strategic insights, and client services.
The internship program continues to cultivate top talent beyond the brokerage and advisory team, where our WCRE Property Management team has also benefitted from our program. Luke Majewski, who initially joined WCRE as an intern in 2018, has returned to WCRE Property Management as a Property Manager. In his role, he now oversees six commercial assets, managing over 250 tenants across all properties. A standout highlight of his portfolio is the management of a brand-new 73,000 SF healthcare center for Veterans Affairs, demonstrating his ability to handle complex and high-profile properties. Luke’s expertise and dedication make him a key asset to WCRE’s property management team.

In September, the team, joined by Joe Fox, attended CORFAC’s Fall Summit in Atlanta, where they forged a strong partnership with new CORFAC member, Chilmark, paving the way for expanded business opportunities in North Jersey and New York.
Looking ahead, several team members will be heading to Los Angeles for the Spring CORFAC Conference, eager to strengthen existing connections and build new ones for continued success.
As a member of CORFAC International, WCRE can execute transactions across the globe through 75 CORFAC affiliates in each of the seven continents. As we mark thirteen years in business, we are currently entrusted with over 200 properties for sale and lease, comprising approximately 5 million square feet of office, retail, medical, industrial space, and investment properties in the Tri-State region.
This year, we expanded our presence across Pennsylvania and New York while successfully establishing operations in North Jersey. With a focus on growth, we’ve implemented innovative marketing and research strategies to enhance our reach and better serve the evolving needs of the commercial real estate industry.
