June 21, 2013 – Voorhees, NJ – WCRE is proud to have exclusively represented Old Zane School Urban Renewal, LLC in its acquisition of 756 Haddon Avenue, Collingswood, NJ. This 21,539 square foot office building is located in the heart of the thriving Collingswood Business District, providing convenient access to Routes 38, 70, 130 and Philadelphia, PA. It is within one half block of the Collingswood PATCO station.
Old Zane School Urban Renewal, LLC is a related entity controlled by Kitchen & Associates, an architecture, engineering, planning, and interior design firm headquartered in Collingswood. The buyer acquired this multi-story office building from the Borough of Collingswood. Jason Wolf and Leor Hemo, principal and executive vice president at WCRE respectively, represented the buyer.
