At the time of sale, this portfolio sale was 96% leased to 11 tenants. This recent acquisition offered the buyer the opportunity to acquire well-located flex and warehouse buildings in a highly demanded and densely populated sub-market. The properties are well located off major highways while also offering immediate access to Philadelphia via the Walt Whitman, Betsy Ross, and Tacony-Palmyra Bridges.
