65-67 Old Kings Highway, Maple Shade, NJ (34,000 SF)

77 Old Kings Highway, Maple Shade, NJ (22,000 SF)

At the time of sale, this portfolio sale was 96% leased to 11 tenants. This recent acquisition offered the buyer the opportunity to acquire well-located flex and warehouse buildings in a highly demanded and densely populated sub-market. The properties are well located off major highways while also offering immediate access to Philadelphia via the Walt Whitman, Betsy Ross, and Tacony-Palmyra Bridges.

WCRE was the sole broker in this investment transaction and has been retained to exclusively market these flex/warehouse properties on behalf of the new ownership.
