They Buyer, Mullica Holdings, LLC acquired this .85 acre parcel as a site to develop medical office space to offer professionals connected to the Inspira Health Network’s new hospital less than one mile away. 830 Lambs Road is also located directly across the street from a busy Wawa and is less than ¼ mile from Route 55.
Richwood Plaza, LLC is owned by a local real estate developer who also owns multiple properties in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The Seller strategically purchased 830 Lambs Road a few years ago as they anticipated the local growth associated with the new hospital.
