It is situated directly across from the Cherry Hill Mall and surrounded by amenities including the mall, restaurants, two large retail centers, and is two (2) miles from the Market Place at Garden State Park. The location allows for quick and easy access to Routes 38, 70, 73, 90, I-295 and the NJ Turnpike.
Lyneer is relocating to 2201 Route 38 from a nearby building where they spent the past 10 years. They are a 25 year old staffing firm with over 100 locations and specialize in accounting/finance, hospitality, IT, Legal, Light and industrial and medical fields.
This is not the first transaction the new ownership group has completed. Late last year, WCRE assisted in the renewal of a 25,000 SF lease with the State of New Jersey, who occupies multiple suites with different agencies.
