Philadelphia will allow indoor weddings and other catered events to resume and will increase the limits on indoor restaurant capacity and table size starting May 7, Health Commissioner Thomas Farley said Tuesday.
Farley said the rate of new cases of the coronavirus decreased in the city in the last week after a recent surge in cases, making it possible to further ease restrictions.
