Cherry Hill Office Center continues to see strong leasing activity, with new tenants and renewals taking place across the office campus. More than 9,000 square feet of recent leasing activity includes a mix of new leases and renewals from medical and professional office users.
At 1020 Kings Highway, Apple Physical Therapy completed a new 2,250-square-foot lease. The transaction further strengthens the building’s medical tenant mix.
At 1030 Kings Highway, Camden County Family Support Services renewed its 3,510-square-foot lease.
Activity continued at 1040 Kings Highway with a new 1,315-square-foot lease to J. Fletcher Creamer & Son, Inc. Chiropractic Family Practice also renewed its 1,100-square-foot lease within the building.
At 1060 Kings Highway, Accredited Health Services completed a new 1,000-square-foot lease.
