WCRE extends our heartfelt congratulations to Andrew Koller, who has recently joined our team as a full-time Research Analyst. Andrew began his journey with WCRE as a Research Intern in January 2023. During his internship, he made significant contributions to our sales and marketing teams by providing critical research, analytics, prospecting, and assisting with the onboarding and integration of new software for the property management team.
Andrew graduated from Penn State University in May 2024 with a commendable 3.5 GPA in Corporate Innovation Entrepreneurship, complemented by a certificate in Real Estate Analysis and Development. His active involvement in Penn State Hillel and the Real Estate Bootcamp further enriched his academic and practical experience.
Andrew’s transition from intern to full-time Research Analyst is a testament to his dedication and the supportive environment at WCRE. In his new role, he leverages his extensive knowledge and skills to assist the firm with prospecting, research, and financial and market analysis.
