WCRE is proud to have exclusively represented Dr. Anthony V. Benedetto of Benedetto Dermatology, the 7,045 square-foot office building located at 1200 Locust Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Legacy of Life Foundation, d/b/a Community Women’s Center of America.
Benedetto Dermatology operated their dermatological practice on the ground floor for over forty years. The Community Women’s Center was a tenant occupying the 2nd and 3rd floor with the 4th floor being an unoccupied residential apartment. Dr. Benedetto desired to sell the building and simply continue his practice in Drexel Hill, PA. Community Women’s Center of America expressed sincere interest in owning the building and exercised a Right of First Refusal when another offer emerged.
Community Women’s Center is a non-profit serving mother’s to be and mothers with newborn children, providing them support services to help them become self-reliant and develop sustainable healthy skills as new mothers.
