WCRE FACILITATES SALE OF FOX BROTHERS’ OFFICE PROPERTY
AT 157 ROUTE 73, VOORHEES, NEW JERSEY
November 11, 2013 – Marlton, NJ – WCRE is proud to have successfully represented Fox Brothers, LLC in its sale of 157 Route 73 South, Voorhees, NJ. The subject property is a 11,400 square-foot office building located in close proximity to the new Virtua Voorhees Hospital. It was built and originally occupied by Scarborough Properties, and then sold to Prudential Fox & Roach in the mid-1990s.
Leor Hemo, executive vice president at WCRE, led the marketing efforts on behalf of the seller, along with Jason Wolf, the firm’s principal. “Our client was very happy with our handling of the sale of this unique, family-owned building.
