Brian Goren serves as Property Manager and Broker Advisor at WCRE, bringing extensive experience in property management, leasing, and operations. He currently oversees a diverse portfolio of 22 properties totaling more than 650,000 square feet, primarily consisting of medical and office assets throughout the region.

Brian’s dual role allows him to drive the continued growth of WCRE Property Management while also providing tenant and landlord representation across retail, office, and medical sectors in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His strong operational insight, strategic approach, and relationship-focused mindset ensure that every property under his management performs at its highest potential.
