November 25, 2013 – Marlton, NJ – WCRE is proud to have successfully represented LSOP NJ, LLC, a related entity of Somerset Properties, in securing Virtua Health, Inc. as its newest tenant at 2000 Crawford Place, Mount Laurel, NJ. The newly leased space is 18,650 square feet within the 74,000 square foot single-story, multi-tenant office building located in the Horizon Corporate Center.

The subject property is located near a commercial hub, with many restaurants and shopping centers nearby, including Greentree Square Shopping Center and the Moorestown Mall. Its location provides easy access from Routes 73 and 70, as well as I-295 and the New Jersey Turnpike. Virtua Health will join current tenants Siemens, 7-Eleven, Burns and Roe, and The Mentor Network. 

The owner, Somerset Properties, is a full-service commercial real estate company that owns and operates a wide range of property types. The company hired WCRE in July to exclusively lead the marketing and leasing of its Southern New Jersey portfolio. 

Christina Del Duca, vice president at WCRE, led the leasing and marketing team, which included Leor Hemo, executive vice president, and the firm’s principal, Jason Wolf. Jeff Tertel, executive managing director of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant.

November 11, 2013 – Marlton, NJ – WCRE is proud to have successfully represented Fox Brothers, LLC in its sale of 157 Route 73 South, Voorhees, NJ. The subject property is a 11,400 square-foot office building located in close proximity to the new Virtua Voorhees Hospital. It was built and originally occupied by Scarborough Properties, and then sold to Prudential Fox & Roach in the mid-1990s.

Leor Hemo, executive vice president at WCRE, led the marketing efforts on behalf of the seller, along with Jason Wolf, the firm’s principal. “Our client was very happy with our handling of the sale of this unique, family-owned building. They were especially gratified to learn that the building is going to become a medical office facility that will serve the local community,” said Hemo.
