Todd Levin Will Add Financial and Transaction Support for Landlord, Tenant, and Corporate Clients

September 4, 2013 – Voorhees, NJ – Wolf Commercial Real Estate (WCRE) is pleased to announce the hiring of Todd Levin as Senior Associate. Levin adds a unique blend of public accounting, and commercial property operations management experience to the firm. Before joining WCRE he assisted clients with financial operations and tax issues, and also served as operations manager for a Class “A” Southern New Jersey portfolio that consisted of more than 500,000 square feet of mid-rise office buildings.

His areas of expertise include sales and leasing, operations management, accounting, renovation, brand development, and property management.

“We are excited to have Todd join us and serve as a new resource for our clients whose needs include strategic guidance and thorough financial analysis throughout the real estate transaction process,” said Jason Wolf, founder and principal of WCRE. “His financial expertise and counsel will be especially valuable for our clients whose primary business may not involve regularly engaging in the commercial real estate process.”
