During his time away, Scanzano provided tenant-focused commercial real estate advisory services, representing corporate clients in site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, and strategic real estate planning. This experience enhanced his understanding of corporate real estate decision-making and further refined his ability to align real estate strategy with broader business objectives.
Scanzano returns to WCRE with an expanded perspective on client strategy, operational structure, and advisory execution, positioning him for a leadership role within the firm. His expertise will support WCRE’s continued growth by mentoring advisors, strengthening client relationships, and collaborating across service lines – including leasing, investment advisory, property management, and community-focused initiatives to deliver comprehensive and responsible real estate solutions.
