8000 COMMERCE PARKWAY, MOUNT LAUREL, NJ
June 3, 2013 – Voorhees, NJ – WCRE is proud to have successfully represented Monterey Holdings, LLC in its acquisition of 8000 Commerce Parkway, Mount Laurel, NJ. The buyer acquired this one-story, 54,185 sf flex building from Liberty Property Trust (NYSE:LRY). Leor Hemo, executive vice president of WCRE, represented the buyer.
