Looking ahead to 2026, we are energized by the opportunities emerging across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York. As market dynamics continue to shift, WCRE is well positioned to adapt, lead, and capitalize on change.

Across the commercial real estate landscape, economic recalibration, capital market adjustments, and evolving workplace strategies continue to influence decision-making. Despite these factors, activity across the office, retail, and industrial sectors remains steady, as highlighted in our most recent WCRE Market Report. Owners are increasingly prioritizing repositioning, amenitization, and operational efficiency. Our team remains proactive and solutions-oriented, helping clients navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.

A defining milestone this year was our partnership with Chilmark Real Estate, a fellow CORFAC affiliate, to officially launch CORFAC New York. This collaboration established a stronger regional platform, enhanced referral opportunities, and positioned our combined teams to better serve clients throughout the New York metropolitan market. With the successful launch of the CORFAC New York website (www.corfacnewyork.com), we look ahead to coordinated digital initiatives and targeted outreach in 2026 to further expand our visibility and impact.

WCRE’s Property Management Team also delivered exceptional growth, onboarding 10 new properties totaling more than 350,000 square feet across medical, office, retail, and industrial assets. We were pleased to welcome Jason Gardner, Maintenance Technician, and Alicia Lukens, Property Accountant, whose expertise strengthens our operational depth and reinforces our commitment to service excellence.

Innovation continued to be a strategic priority as WCRE advanced its use of artificial intelligence to enhance efficiency and client experience. We introduced Kylie, our AI-powered receptionist, designed to understand natural, conversational language and route inquiries with precision. This technology improves responsiveness, streamlines workflows, and ensures seamless communication while preserving direct access to our team.

Our commitment to community remains a core part of who we are. In June, WCRE hosted its 8th Annual Charity Golf Tournament, raising more than $90,000 to benefit six South Jersey and Philadelphia-area charities. Over the past seven years, the WCRE Foundation has raised more than $900,000 in support of critical local causes. (Read More Here)

In November, we concluded our 12th Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive, collecting over 200 bags and boxes of food along with $4,500 in donations for the Samost Jewish Family and Children’s Service Food Pantry, supporting more than 115 families each week. (Read More Here)

February marked WCRE’s 13th anniversary, a milestone that reflects more than a decade of Building Successful Relationships. That mission continues to guide our decisions, our culture, and our growth.

As we move into 2026, WCRE remains focused on strengthening relationships, expanding capabilities, and delivering results with consistency and purpose.

Wishing you a healthy, successful, and rewarding year ahead.

Here’s to continued momentum and collaboration in 2026.
