Over the past year, WCRE has entered what we proudly call Version 14.0, a period defined by strategic expansion, operational innovation, and meaningful growth across our brokerage and property management divisions.
In 2025, WCRE sharpened its focus, adapted to evolving market dynamics, and expanded its presence across Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey.
Property Management Expansion
Our Property Management division experienced significant momentum this year, expanding its portfolio by onboarding nine additional properties totaling 345,000 square feet, further solidifying WCRE’s reputation as a trusted full-service real estate partner in the Tri-State region. We are now managing approximately 2 million square feet of commercial real estate assets. To support this growth, our Property Management department has expanded its team with two key additions.
Alicia Lukens joined the Property Management team as Property Accountant. Alicia plays a critical role in maintaining financial transparency, detailed reporting, and operational accuracy across our expanding portfolio. Her precision and diligence strengthen the foundation of our management platform and ensure our clients receive exceptional oversight and service.
We also welcomed Jason Gardner as Building Engineer. Jason plays a vital hands-on role in maintaining the operational integrity of our properties, proactively addressing building systems, overseeing preventative maintenance, and ensuring tenant spaces run efficiently and effectively. His technical expertise strengthens our ability to deliver responsive, high-level property management services.
Together, these additions reinforce our commitment to operational excellence and exceptional client service as our portfolio continues to grow.
Embracing Innovation
This year, WCRE further elevated its service model by launching Kylie, our proprietary AI assistant. Available 24/7, seven days a week, Kylie enhances client communication by fielding and directing calls, assisting with property inquiries, and always ensuring seamless connectivity.
This investment reflects WCRE’s commitment to innovation, efficiency, and staying ahead in an increasingly technology-driven industry.
Community Commitment
Community impact remains at the core of WCRE’s mission. In June, we proudly hosted our 8th Annual WCRE Charity Golf Tournament, where the WCRE Foundation raised approximately $90,000, distributed equally among six charitable organizations throughout the Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey region.

This past Thanksgiving, we completed our 12th Annual WCRE Thanksgiving Food Drive, delivering over 200 bags of food along with $4,500 in supermarket gift cards and donations to the Samost Jewish Family & Children's Service food pantry.

Strength Through CORFAC International
As a proud member of CORFAC International, WCRE extends its reach far beyond the Tri-State region.
Several team members attended the Spring CORFAC Conference in Los Angeles this past year, strengthening affiliate relationships and expanding referral pipelines.
Through CORFAC’s network of 75 privately held firms across seven continents, WCRE is uniquely positioned to execute multi-market assignments globally - with brokers on the ground and direct collaboration at every step.
Market Presence & Momentum
Today, WCRE is entrusted with over +/- 200 properties for sale and lease, representing approximately 5 million square feet of office, retail, medical, industrial, and investment properties throughout the Tri-State region.
