WCRE is proud to have successfully represented New South Properties in the leasing of approximately 3,185 square feet of retail space located at Fries Mills Plaza in Turnersville, NJ to EarthWise Pets.
EarthWise Pets is a locally owned franchise store striving to better the lives of pets and their owners through proper education, exceptional customer service, all natural products, and green business practices. The store will also include a grooming salon and expected to open late summer 2016.
Fries Mills Plaza has recently undergone significant capital upgrades including a newly constructed exterior facade and store fronts. There are two suites remaining for lease including a 2,000 SF end-cap store with a drive-thru and available for immediate occupancy.
