IGI Laboratories acquired this +/- 10,516 SF square foot two-story office building within the Buena Vista Corporate Center to expand their headquarter campus. This recent purchase will also allow IGI to continue their growth plans and presence within the community. The property is situated on +/- 1.12 acres and adjacent to IGI’s manufacturing and lab facility.
IGI Laboratories, Inc. is a fast-growing developer, manufacturer, and marketer of topical formulations. IGI’s goal is to become a leader in the generic topical pharmaceutical market.
