The property was acquired by Solar Mounts, a growing provider of commercial solar mounting solutions and infrastructure, including solar carports and other renewable energy support systems. The facility will support the company’s continued expansion and operational needs as demand for solar energy solutions continues to grow across the region.
A key component of the transaction involved securing a use variance for the property, which required close coordination with the local township. Through diligent efforts and proactive communication, the necessary approvals were successfully obtained, allowing the transaction to move forward and ensuring the property aligned with the buyer’s operational requirements.
Ryan Barikian, Vice President, represented both the buyer, Solar Mounts, and the seller, GLTH Holdings LLC, in the transaction. Ryan worked closely with both parties throughout the process, including coordinating with township officials to secure the variance, ultimately bringing the deal to a successful closing.
