Tony Banks


February 2017 – Present
Tony Banks joins WCRE as Vice President. Tony will expand WCRE’s footprint in the Pennsylvania markets, with a primary focus on Philadelphia and its surrounding suburbs. His areas of responsibility will be sales and leasing, tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, and multi-family dwellings.

Throughout his career, Tony has worked with local and national retail tenants, landlords, community and neighborhood development groups, investors, and startup companies. Tony comes to WCRE from the commercial real estate firm Legend Properties. Prior to that he worked at a private real estate company.

Before embarking upon a real estate career, Tony spent more than a decade on the trading floor of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, where he worked with some of the more prominent firms on the NYSE, including Goldman Sachs and Susquehanna International Group.

Tony’s approach to real estate is informed by a profound understanding of market trends and a strong background in market analysis.

John will also be responsible for the sale and leasing of office, healthcare, retail and industrial properties throughout the Greater Philadelphia region (New Jersey and Pennsylvania), as well as various advisory and consultative services.

John has made a career out of providing maximum value to his clients, first with a technology start-up, and most recently in commercial real estate. John has a keen interest in developing custom solutions for the unique challenges each client face, with experience servicing both Fortune 1000 corporations and privately held companies. Whether financial or organizational, servicing clients’ real estate requirements allows John to take a leadership role in the quest to improve the always-coveted bottom line.

Mitch Russell is a Vice President at WCRE specializing in office and industrial asset classes in Center City Philadelphia and the Pennsylvania suburbs surrounding. Mitch focuses on tenant and buyer representation along with landlord services for his clients.

Mitch was a member of the Duke University lacrosse team from 2014 and 2018 and was named 4x ACC Honor Roll. He played attack and midfield for the Blue Devils that reached the 2018 National Championship during his senior year.

Thomas P. Bove

Tom joins Wolf Commercial Real Estate as Business Development Officer, bringing two decades of technology, business development and sales team leadership experience to the team.  Tom’s entrepreneurial spirit and mind set throughout his career and recent launch of BBD Solutions, makes him a great complement to the WCRE Team, as well a new perspective.

Tom saw an opportunity to leverage the entrepreneurial approach to business he has had throughout his career to create & launch BBD Solutions, a technology consulting firm, which aggregates the services multiple non-competing but complementary technology service providers to create a comprehensive solution for the end user.

Tom spent just under two years as the Chief Marketing Officer at Rethink Innovations, a technology solutions provider located in Mt. Laurel, NJ.  During his time with Rethink, he was able to establish processes & procedures as well as open up new markets creating additional streams of revenue.  Rethink was also the first client for BBD Solutions.

Tom served as Vice President of Sales for Promotion Technology Group, a digital signage company based in Wixom, MI, working on national accounts such as Heineken, Mercedes Benz, Estee Lauder, Barnes & Nobel, and Toys R Us.

It during this time that Tom honed his networking/leadership/team building skills working with 3rd Party Labor agencies.  Leading national teams representing, Canon USA, Samsung, Motorola, Amazon, Philips, Ubisoft, and Cisco.  As well as national big box retailers such as Best Buy, Home Depot, and Wal-Mart.  It is in this role that Tom created an expansive network of strong and lasting relationships with blue chip manufactures and retailers.
