Kevin joined Wolf Commercial Real Estate in January of 2019. Kevin’s role includes sales management and guiding the sales team to reach and exceed their goals. In addition to managing the sales team, Kevin will play an active part in the recruitment of all new team members. As all members of the Wolf Commercial Real Estate team, Kevin’s day to day responsibilities also include ongoing business development and lead generation efforts. This will be in concert with both sales team and marketing team members. Kevin brings a diverse background and boundless energy in support of the long-term mission of Wolf Commercial Real Estate.

Kevin served as a Vice President of Advisory Services with Transwestern. During this time, Kevin had the opportunity to work on behalf of office and industrial occupiers, investors and developers. Working along with a team from Transwestern, Kevin was most recently instrumental in helping two industrial developers to secure a contract to purchase 30 plus acres of land zoned for industrial development. The JV development team has plans to construct a 340,000 SF Class A, state of the art distribution facility.

David Spector joins the WCRE team as Director of Community Relations. Spector brings nearly a decade of community engagement and public service to expand the reach and strengthen the bonds with municipalities and businesses throughout New Jersey.

As Director of Community Relations, David will work closely with elected officials, economic development offices and community leaders to strengthen WCRE’s connections within the various regions where the firm does business.

David is former Councilman in the Borough of Bellmawr, is a graduate of Rutgers University-Camden with a B.A. in Political Science and received a Master’s Degree in Public Policy & Administration (MPA) at Rutgers-Camden. David was also a graduate of the Eagleton Institute of Politics Fellowship Program.

David previously worked as an aide in the 4th Legislative District on behalf of Senator Fred Madden, Assemblyman Paul Moriarty and Assemblywoman Gabriela Mosquera, where he spearheaded communications, social media and constituent relations in Gloucester Township, NJ. David also spent time working for Chairmen Donald Norcross and James Beach in Cherry Hill, NJ. He helped organize and direct political campaigns at all levels of government insofar as recruitment and involvement, party building, working along with elected officials and assisting in election operations on behalf of candidates running for office.

Tony Banks

Tony Banks joins WCRE as Vice President. Tony will expand WCRE’s footprint in the Pennsylvania markets, with a primary focus on Philadelphia and its surrounding suburbs. His areas of responsibility will be sales and leasing, tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, and multi-family dwellings.

Throughout his career, Tony has worked with local and national retail tenants, landlords, community and neighborhood development groups, investors, and startup companies. Tony comes to WCRE from the commercial real estate firm Legend Properties. Prior to that he worked at a private real estate company.

Before embarking upon a real estate career, Tony spent more than a decade on the trading floor of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, where he worked with some of the more prominent firms on the NYSE, including Goldman Sachs and Susquehanna International Group.

Tony’s approach to real estate is informed by a profound understanding of market trends and a strong background in market analysis.

Bethany Brown

Bethany Brown joined Wolf Commercial Real Estate in 2020 and specializes in developing and implementing creative and flexible real estate strategies for users in the Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia markets. Throughout her career, Bethany has worked with sophisticated corporate users across all business lines, as well as religious organizations, private schools and other nonprofits. With this diverse experience Bethany is in constant pursuit of creative real estate solutions that fit the unique needs of each client, and prides herself on guiding clients through all aspects of a transaction.

Bethany’s real estate career spans over 15 years. She began in property management for Industrial REITS in the Eastern Pennsylvania Market. She then joined Colliers International in 2007 and focused on sales and leasing for national, regional and local companies with office, industrial, and nonprofit requirements.

Most recently, Bethany was General Manager for a hospitality brand while building a real estate investment portfolio of her own in Philadelphia. Michael Scanzano


Mike Scanzano is a Senior Advisor focusing on the Southern New Jersey commercial real estate market.  Scanzano will help WCRE continue to build successful relationships in the South Jersey region and will specialize in sales and leasing, tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, and multi-family dwellings. 

Mike graduated from the University of Pittsburgh where he was an All Big East baseball player.
After college, Mike played 6 years of professional baseball, ending his career in 2010 with the Camden Riversharks. After baseball, Mike took a sales position with the Southern Illinois Miners. In 2015 Mike opened up Scanzano Sports in Cherry Hill, New Jersey where they specialize in baseball training.

Sean Kelly

Sean Kelly is a Senior Advisor at WCRE. He will focus on the Pennsylvania and New Jersey market. Sean specializes in sales and leasing, tenant and landlord representation for office, investment sales, and industrial properties.

Previously, Sean sold medical devices for 18 months at Stryker Orthopaedics where he was responsible for growing their trauma orthopedic business in the South Jersey area. Working with all major health systems in the area, he was responsible for driving growth, customer engagement, account management, and operational efficiency.

Sean was also a member of the Rutgers University, New Brunswick baseball team between 2014 and 2016. He pitched for the Scarlet Knights during his tenure there. While there, Sean contributed four years of volunteer services to St. Peters Childhood Cancer programs.

Phil Costa

Phil Costa is a Senior Advisor at WCRE in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He specializes in sales and leasing, tenant and landlord representation for office and industrial properties. Additionally, Phil brings experience as a multifamily real estate investor, property manager and landlord across the two states.

Phil is a former NFL player for the Dallas Cowboys and a graduate of Columbia Business School with an MBA. He earned his undergraduate from the University of Maryland, where he was a two-time ACC honor roll member and Team Captain in football his senior year.

Phil is active in the local community and serves on the Board of Directors for The AthLife Foundation, which provides opportunities for deserving kids from our nation’s most promising communities by combining academics and sports.
